ALA Reach invites all Arkansas education leaders, teacher leaders, and aspiring leaders to partake in a 12-part cultural competence series. The series with Dr. Dominique Smith provides content sessions followed by discussion sessions covering six main ideas based on his book, “Building Equity: Policies and Practices to Empower All Learners.” Synchronous participation is encouraged, but asynchronous opportunities for content sessions only will be available through recordings for a limited time.
