ALA Now Accepting Applications

The Arkansas Leadership Academy (ALA) is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications for its application-based cohort programs for the 2023-2024 school year. Educators across all roles and in all regions are encouraged to explore the variety of professional learning opportunities available through ALA in order to identify the pathway that best meets their needs. ALA offerings include:

• Master Principal Program (MPP)
• Teacher Leader Program (TLP)
• Instructional Leader Empowerment (ILE)
• School Team Empowerment (STE)
• Executive Leader Empowerment (ELE)
• ALA Reach - No application required

Most Cohort Programs have a deadline of Monday, May 8, 2023, or when all available spaces are filled, whichever is later. *Applications for School Team Empowerment will be made available in August to ensure that schools are able to identify the best team members for participation. If you submit an Interest/Intent to Apply Form, an email will be sent to you when the application window is open.
