ALA Now Accepting Applications for 2024-2025 Cohorts!

The Arkansas Leadership Academy (ALA) is pleased to announce that it is now taking applications for its application-based cohort programs for the 2024-2025 school year. To be considered, all applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. Central on Friday, August 2, 2024, or until the program is filled. Please click on the link below to read program details and apply for any of the programs listed above.

• Master Principal Program Phase I (MPP)
• Master Principal Program Phase II and III (MPP)
• Teacher Leader Program (TLP)
• Instructional Leader Empowerment (ILE)
• School Team Empowerment (STE)
• Executive Leader Empowerment (ELE)
• ALA Reach – No application required

Participants must plan to attend all sessions of their corresponding program. Please remember to check your professional and personal calendars to make sure you are able to attend ALL sessions. 

Master Principal Program Sessions will take place at Winthrop Rockefeller Institute or Fairfield Bay Conference Center.
